These will be mailed after the closing of the training in December.

Annual State-Based UDS Training Agenda

Registration Fees:

  • UDS Registration with Electronic Version of UDS Manual $50.00
  • UDS Registration with Hard Copy of the UDS Manual $90.00

The UDS webinar series will cover the preparation of the 2020 UDS Report, and will address each of the report's tables, focusing on changes that may have been made since 2019, definitions necessary to complete the UDS Report, and common problems/errors. The training this year will also include additional material on COVID-19 and telehealth, preparing you for reporting.  This training is targeted toward those who are responsible for gathering and reporting the data elements included in the UDS Report, as well as management, finance, and clinical staff who need to understand the definitions and concepts used, and those who use the data in their program management and quality improvement activities. Health Center Program grantees must submit their UDS Report by February 15, 2021. These health centers will then work with their reviewer to correct any potential data errors, so that the UDS reports may be finalized by March 31, 2021. Once finalized, BPHC will not permit further corrections or amendments. For more information on reporting materials visit HRSA's UDS Resource webpage and the League's UDS Resource webpage which will be updated frequently.
